Your question remains unanswered until you reach the solid mahogany front door, with crossed baseball bats in the window panes. You turn the key, the door swings open, and then you know. This house is dedicated to America’s favorite pastime, baseball.
This house is meant for you, the players and the fans. There is a 55 inch flat screen television in the living room and subscription to the MLB channel, to catch up on the latest games. A large sofa can accommodate the most ardent among you. There’s a dining room with a circular table that seats 12 of your family and friends.
Acres of Diamonds
The kitchen opens up to a breakfast table and seating area with a glove chair and ball chair, and a comfy leather sofa conducive to conversation about the day’s game. Outside, there is a large Weber Genesis grill where you can fix hotdogs, hamburgers, or try your hand at some locally grown grass-fed Angus beef steaks. There is seating outside for 12, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Remember the television show Dallas, where they ate breakfast by the pool? The pool is heated, and the place to be whether there’s been a game or not. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas, too. After dinner or on rainy days, challenge your friends to a game of pool on the regulation pool table, bridge or board games in the game room. A suite on the lower level has a kitchenette useful for snacks while enjoying the game on the television in the game room. Problem deciding what game to watch? Never. There is a flat-screen television in every bedroom. Watch the sun set, cocktail in hand, over the peaceful meadow from the deck, or toast s’mores over the fire pit. Acres of Diamonds has a spacious layout that accommodates 12 easily, including a sand lot on the property for baseball or whatever field sport you want to play.

Acres of Diamonds is meant to be shared by an extended family, a group of friends or three Dreams Park families. When three or more split the cost, it becomes far more economical to stay at Acres of Diamonds, where meals can be prepared, than at a hotel or motel, where the entire group eats out for three meals every day. Compare the cost with other locations and the amenities. When it rains, there are many opportunities for family time over a variety of games. Acres of Diamonds is a really special deal.

Perfect location for downtown Cooperstown or stay for Dreams park
We loved our stay at this location. Very well located and equipped for a family or large group staying in area. Our boys were playing at Dreams park and it provided the perfect resting place. Pool and views wonderful! Only thing I’d say is they should have a guest book so you can hear about all the people who have stayed in this great property

Great location and accommodation!
We rented this house for our boys week of baseball at the Dreams Park and couldn't have been more happy with the location or the house itself. The house is in good condition with all necessities (kitchen supplies, laundry facilities & detergent, pool towels, wifi) with plenty of room and extras like pool table, darts, games, puzzles. We had 6 adults and 4 kids staying for the week and it was ideal. The location if perfect as it's a 10 minute drive to the Dreams Park or 10 minute drive to town. The owner made a visit and welcomed our group. Also quickly responded when we had an issue with the front door lock. We would highly recommend this house. The view from the pool is beautiful too!

Highly Recommend!
Our family wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and we wanted to stay together in a house instead of a hotel. We also wanted to be close to the center of town. This house was perfect for that. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. Everyone had separate space if they wanted it, yet we were all together. All the information about the house was documented on a web page and any questions we could not find answers to there were very quickly answered with a text or email. Everything was as good, if not better, than advertised. I would highly recommend this house if looking to visit the Cooperstown area.

Fantastic place to stay
This was a beautiful house, with plenty of space for our group of 10 (we had two bunk beds empty). The property was clean and very close to the key locations we needed to get to: Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown Main Street, and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The kitchen, grill and pool were also great. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Perfectly Located
Acres of Diamonds was perfectly located in between downtown, and the Dreamspark. Upon arrival the house was clean and ready for us to move in for the week. The grounds were very well kept as well and the pool well maintained. It was perfect for our four families. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We would stay here again for sure and have already recommended it for those we know heading to Cooperstown in the future.

A great retreat during a great week of baseball
We loved this quite home and its view while enjoying the baseball success of our boys. It was a short 5 min drive to Dreams Park to see the games and a quick 5 min to downtown Cooperstown to the Hall of Fame Museum, dining and shopping. The house is nicely laid out to where you don't feel on top of each other and decorating nicely with new furnishings. We loved the baseball themed decor. We will be back next year and hope to stay again!!

Close to Cooperstown Ommegang
Acres of Diamonds was a convenient and clean house with interesting touches - ranging from baseball and mitt chairs to baseball theme bedrooms throughout the property. I liked the baseball "flag" and pictures. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries as soap is the only thing provided (along with towels). Easy check in process and comfortable sleeping arrangements in the house with a group of 8 adults and 3 children. Recommend this Airbnb if you are at Cooperstown - esp if you want to stop by Brewery Ommegang!

COVID-19
This new disease presents difficult challenges for homeowners, their cleaning crews, and guests. First, it means that extra time must be spent to ensure that you arrive to a sanitized environment, free from whatever contamination the previous guests may have left. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces will be sanitized with bleach anti-germ anti-viral wipes. Dishes for 12 will be run through the dishwasher and left there for you to handle, fully sanitized. Wood surfaces of the high-end furniture cannot be sanitized with wipes, nor can the carpets. They will be dusted and oiled, as usual, and the leather furniture wiped down. Then a hospital grade UV sanitizing light will be run to kill all ambient virus lurking in the room. Pillows will be washed in bleach and hot water, in a dedicated load, in a private home, not in a laundromat. All sheets and towels and bedspreads will be washed in hot water and detergent with fabric softener in dedicated loads in a private home. The cleaner doing the wash will wear a mask and gloves. Cleaners cleaning the house will wear masks and gloves. All rooms will be sanitized with hospital grade UV lights. There is also a UV air filter that you can move from room to room, for clean air wherever you are. Surcharge for COVID-19 cleaning is $50. Upon entering Acres of Diamonds, all will be asked to remove shoes or wear booties, which will be provided.
